CARTER was established in 2004, a subsidiary of Huasheng Zhongtian Group. CARTER have strong support from parent company-Huasheng Zhongtian Group. It is a large group which integrates research, manufacture and trade. Huasheng obtained the National May 1st Labor Diploma, Top 500 of China Machinery Industry, Civilized enterprise of National Machinery Industry, Demonstrating Enterprise for Advanced Manage of Machinery Industry, Modern Manage Enterprise of Machinery Industry. Huasheng Zhongtian is the largest exporting base in China for small-size gasoline engines, garden machinery, plant-protection machinery, forest-protection machinery and small-size construction machinery.

CARTER factory is located in Linyi city Shandong provinc, covers an area of 70,000 m. square. CARTER is a professional company specializing in the manufacture and export of crawler excavators, covering a wide range including 0.6t, 0.8t, 1t, 1.2t, 1.8t, 2.6t, 4.5t, 6t, 8 t, ...49t. CARTER excavators were fitted with famous brands components: Yanmar engine, KYB, Nachi, Danfoss, Walvoil, Cassapa for hydraulic pump, control valve, swing motor or travel motor. They offer Carter excavator reliable quality and perfect performance.

In November, won the second prize of the Linyi Patent Award (an excavator capable of high-temperature crushing operations);
In December, it was rated as a key laboratory in Linyi City.

2016

In August, won the second prize in Shandong Province Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award (research on EBZ35ST coal rock excavation and complete equipment, suspended intelligent dust-free coating production process technology);
In November, won the second prize for technological progress in Linyi City (key technology and industrialization of CT16 tailless hydraulic excavator).

2015

In January, the company's "CARTER and Image" trademark was recognized as a famous trademark in Shandong Province,
In February, the company obtained an intellectual property management system certification.

2013

The new product CT460 large control excavator was successfully taken offline in January;
In March, the excavator passed the EU CE certification of Rheinland Technology Inspection Company in Germany:
In May, it passed the SHO18001 occupational health and safety management system certification and participated in the initiation of intellectual property knowledge standardization in Shandong Province in the same year, becoming the first batch of intellectual property enterprise intellectual property standardization pilot units in Shandong Province.

2011

In April, a new assembly and processing workshop (with a factory area of 50000 square meters) was built, and the equipment production line was technically renovated, including the chassis, loading line, assembly production line test bench, and advanced spray painting assembly line (one spray, two coatings, and one drying). This improved assembly production efficiency and reduced labor costs.
In September, the new product CT240 excavator was successfully developed and went offline.
In November, it was rated as a high-tech enterprise and the CARTER hydraulic excavator product was awarded the honor of "Shandong Famous Brand";
In December, 36 tons of excavators were taken off the production line, and national agents and suppliers were invited to visit Carter Company for a ribbon cutting ceremony at the scene of the Daikong offline ceremony.

2010

On November 16th, Huasheng Zhongtian signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Carter Heavy Industry, and Huasheng Group invested in the construction machinery industry to establish Shandong Carter Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. Develop into an engineering machinery company that integrates excavator production, sales, and research and development.

2008

Passed ISO9001:2000 quality system certification.

2004

On February 16th, the factory was established and Shandong Carter Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd was established.
